Neighborhood

Such a fun neighborhood in the middle of all of the fun that Myrtle Beach has to offer! Close to everything – restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, shows & entertainment, and golf courses.

LOCATION:
Just walk out the back door of the resort to dip your toes in the sand, ride the waves, or simply settle down with a new book.

If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club!

For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.

Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.

Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Walburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar – it’s so much fun!

Guests will have access to all WATER amenities in this resort. All commercial amenities run by resort management that normally incur a resort fee and/or added payments from guests, including the store, restaurant, bar, bowling alley, fitness, game room, and laundry are limited to hotel rentals only. All amenities may be subject to closure without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA and building management. However, our rates are often hundreds of dollars less than the resort charges and we believe our property is nicer and more comfortable with new beds, a great big TV, and extra sleeping for 2 more people than they provide in their similar units. It is a fantastic value and you still get all the water amenities!

Head up to the Ground floor to find this charming pool / ocean view condo, complete with a gorgeous view of the water and coastline by day and of the gorgeous sparkling resort lights by night. If you can’t keep your eyes off the ocean, step outside and let the salty ocean breeze greet you. Relax on a lazy vacation morning while sipping coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean that will make you want to return again and again.

Inside, settle down on the day bed to take a much needed load off. On the flat-screen TV, you can watch your favorite shows, so be sure to gather around for some late-night popcorn and movies.

Whenever hunger strikes, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to heat up some leftovers or pack a picnic you can take with you to the beach. On those days you decide to dine in, you can gather around the dining table with a terrific family meal or romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank. If cooking isn’t your thing, enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area. After all, you’re on vacation to relax.

Come nighttime, cuddle up for a peaceful night of rest in one of the bedroom’s Queen beds after tucking the kids in to one of the beds.

Guests will have access to fabulous, shared water amenities. Go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor pools, soak in a relaxing hot tub, let the kids splash in a kiddie pool, or enjoy a leisurely float along the lazy river.

Q: ‘Are there any hidden fees?’
A: NO – There are no required ‘surprise’ costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: ‘Can I Check-In Early?’
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50, and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: ‘Can I Check-Out Late?’
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: ‘Are bath towels and sheets included?’
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: ‘Is parking included?’
A: YES – Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: ‘Are there pool arm bands?’
A: MAYBE – Pool arm bands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough. We receive limited numbers of pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: ‘Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?’
A: NO – You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: ‘Do you allow pets?’
A: NO, sorry – Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: ‘Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?’
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony – no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors – especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: ‘Are there pots/pans/dishes?’
A: YES – The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

Transit

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available – including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface lots available for guests.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.

In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
